Comprehensive Yoga Fellowship Calendar of Events

 Seminars for 2019 held at:
Acton Parish Hall, Chester Road, ACTON, Nr. Nantwich, Cheshire. CW5 8LG


(Cost covered by membership fees.  Non-members £10.  Extra seminar day, free to members.  Non-members £25)

Acton Parish Hall will be open from 9.45am for early arrivals. Tea and other hot drinks will be available on arrival and during breaks.
The morning hatha session is normally from 10.30am to 12.30pm after which there is an hour for lunch and catch-up.
The afternoon session starts at 1.30pm and normally there is a tea break at 2.30pm.
Please bring your own lunch, yoga mats, props etc.
The day will end at 4pm.

 Entrance free to members, please bring membership card. Visitors £10

 10:00 - 10:30 Drinks and biscuits available for early arrivals
10:30 - 12:30 Hatha Yoga with Claudia - A Hatha practice focusing on Warrior poses and variations
12:30- 1:30 Lunch – A bring and share vegan/vegetarian lunch. Drinks will be provided.
1:30 - 2:30 Yoga Philosophy – We are Arjunas
2:30 - 3.00 Tea break
3:00 - 4:00 Chanting Meditation and...for those who stay till the end Yoga Nidra!

Please bring any equipment you might need.

Sunday 2 June 2019 -  

Sunday 7 July 2019 - Extra Seminar day.  With Jenni Kaur who will lead us in Kundalini Yoga.   There will be no charge for members of the CYF, (booking necessary).  Non-members £25, (booking necessary). 

Sunday 6 October 2019 - will include our AGM  

Training and Workshop days for 2019 held at:
Ananda Yoga Kula, 9 Glebe Street, Stoke-on-Trent. ST4 1HP

Training and workshop days are primarily for CYF trainees.  Qualified CYF teachers are also welcome to attend provided places are available and hours accrued at these days will count towards the 15 hours CPD.   The days begin at 10am and finish at 4.00pm and the studio will be open from 9.30am for early arrivals. Please try to arrive on time to benefit from the full programme.

Remember to bring your yoga mat, blanket and any props you use, a notebook and your 'Record of Hours' book. This is important as it will need to be signed by one of the tutors as evidence of your accrued hours.

Sunday 7th April - Workshop Day - Planning the Flow. Vinyasas and Dynamic Sequencing. 
Sunday 12th May - Training Day - Inversions and Hips 2
Sunday 8th September - Extra Training Workshop - TBC
Sunday 3th Nov - Training Day - Loose Ends
Sunday 1nd Dec - Workshop Day - Integrating Pregnant and Post Natal Women
