Afternoon talk and practice of mindfulness techniques using movement, sound and the breath.
Close: Yoga nidra 3-4(ish) Integrating Yoga nidra with mindfulness. A lovely deep close to the day.
Remember to bring a blanket. Even though it’s June, an hour in nidra in an English village hall can get into your bones.

Sunday 7 October 2018 -  This seminar will be led by Gill Drummond.
The morning session is called "The Auld Triangle" - a practice of twists and triangles to cleanse and energise, inspired by the Irish Folk song "The Auld Triangle". Bring your bricks, blocks and strap if you use them, as this practice is quite strong.
The afternoon session (after the AGM) will be a chair based practice based on what Gill does at a local sports club for people with disabilities followed by a chair based meditation.
