PHILOSOPHY WEEKEND: For trainees and CYF teachers. FIRST AID: For trainees (MANDATORY) and CYF teachers. Please note, it is also possible to use this day to renew your current first aid certificate.

TRAINING DAYS: (First Year of our new training course) NOVEMBER 2008: Sunday 2, Bradwall Village Hall, Bradwall Road, Bradwall, Cheshire. CW11 1RG 10a.m. start (prompt), until 4p.m. Sideways bending postures and the Full Yogic Breath.
WORKSHOP DAYS: (First Year of the new training course ) DECEMBER: Sunday 7, Bradwall Village Hall, Bradwall Road, Bradwall, Cheshire. CW11 1RG 10a.m. start (prompt) until 4p.m. Anatomy and physiology, meditation and yoga nidra.
