It was a glorious day of physical practice, meditation and philosophy discussion and served as a lovely reminder to many of us to reread and rediscover our Bhagavad Gita.

"A Day of Yin and Yang Yoga"
with Holly Daglish
A summer based yin practise working with the fire element for summer and we will focus on heart and small intestine meridians.
In the afternoon a meditation followed by a Yang Flow practice.

"A Day of Kundalini Yoga"
with Jenni Kaur
During the day Jenni gave us an introduction to Kundalini Yoga which included a full Kriya,
breathing exercises, chanting and relaxation.
