Lea has been been involved with the CYF since it was formed in 1987 and was at the 'foundation' meeting.

Monday 2.30 - 4.00 Oddfellows Hall, Saltney, Chester.

Tuesday 10.00 - 11.30 Multiple Sclerosis Society Centre, River Lane, Saltney, Chester (People with Parkinsons disease + carers)

Thursday 2.00 - 4.00 Oddfellows Hall, Saltney, Chester. (Parkinsons Group)

I've been teaching people with Parkinsons (for the PD Society) for 15 years.  They had funding from the lottery to try different 'alternative' therapies and decided that Yoga was the most beneficial as they can do it themselves and the results have been good, lessening of the tremor during relaxation, more strength, flexibility and a general feeling of confidence and wellbeing.
