Going at your pace, and encouraging you to move with your breath in a slow, kind and opened hearted way - staying present to learn about your body and what you most need to restore your energy and enliven your whole being.
Relax to the sound of singing bowls and pause in the quietness of Savasana
We have a discounted rate of just £6 to use the facilities two hours before and after our Yoga - making it a mini retreat
