I have been practising yoga for 12 years and teaching for 7 years. I gained my teacher training qualification with the CYF in March 2007 .

I also completed a 40 hour course of intensive study in the foundations and teaching techniques of the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga with David Swenson in Edinburgh.

Further experience has been gained by attending many workshops with celebrated teachers such as Granville Cousins, Richard Adamo, Liz Lark and Mark Freeth and I was trained in the art of posture adjusting with Brian Cooper in Edinburgh.

I am also a committee member of the SYF, Staffordshire Yoga Fellowship.

I teach a Hatha Yoga class in the evening as follows:

Tuesdays - 6.00pm to 7.30pm: Hatha Yoga Class suitable for all abilities. The Birches Head,
119/121 Birches Head Road, Birches Head, Stoke on Trent ST1 6LL.
